Q: What if I am not satisfied with the shoes I received and want to return or exchange the shoes?
A: All our shoes are delivered directly from Hong Kong to worldwide destinations; therefore they are all international deliveries. Due to the expenses of international delivery, it will be unrealistic for us to offer free returns and exchanges. All we can do is to ensure the shoes you receive are of good quality and in good condition. Every pair of CasualMaxx shoes is made with care and expertise, and is subject to strict Quality Control. And before delivery, we’ll do a final check, to make sure that the shoes have no inherent defects and are exactly what you want.
But still if there’s a defect with the shoes (in very rare cases) or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange, at the condition that you will pay the courier expenses by yourself. The shoes you return should be undamaged, unworn, or unwashed and you should make the return request within 10 days of receiving your order. When sending back shoes for exchange, please make sure to check our website for its availability.
