Q: When is my order shipped? And how long will it take to arrive?
A: Orders placed during our regular business hours (Monday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. China Standard Time) are typically processed and shipped within one business day. Please allow for an average of one additional business day for processing. For areas such as Europe, North America, Australia, etc, the shipment usually takes 3 to 4 working days to arrive. For other areas of the world, it may take one more day to arrive.

A: Sign into your account on our website and you can view the status of your latest order and also your order history. Your CasualMaxx tracking number and tracking link will be sent to you in your shipment confirmation email. NOTE: It may take up to 24 hours before your tracking information is available online.
