Q: How long does it take for my order to be confirmed?
A: you will receive two emails after you place an order. The first confirms the details of your order. The second email notifies you your order has been shipped and contains the order tracking information.

Q: What if I place an order and CasualMaxx doesn't have the item in stock?
A: We always make every effort to maintain sufficient supply of our stock, but occasionally certain items will still run out of stock. We’ll remove out-of-stock items from your original order total and a revised total will be sent to you in the shipping confirmation email.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept for online purchases?
